    39 degrees here at the moment, had a great day, early morning tumble, a quick 5k, breakfast where they were serving Prosecco🤣, had a glass, a first for me at 10am, 3 hours at the beach, 45 mins in the gym, lunch, back on a pool lounger, quick stroll now then dinner and a few pints, better than my normal Sunday 👍
