If someone sends a "private" message to me that I can see is also going to loads of others, then I'd say that's "spam". It's not intended just for me, which I thought is what "private" messages were. I hope it doesn't become the norm as wouldn't want my PM inbox getting filled up with that kind of thing. You have your escort profile to put your ad/schedule up on,- you shouldn't need to do that.
