    True, although I don't think the older folks do it, we certainly don't, If I smelt of drink going out, I'd be made stand in the corner, naked. I see the young people doing it though, getting as much down them as they can, before ordering their taxi into town between 12 and 12.15 usually. Pity, although I do love to see them enjoying themselves.

    Default I have my own junpier bush at home

    - for those of you that have seen Life of Brian.

    However - when I'm over here - I venture out alone.

    But I don't mind that, you have the whole going and eating out thing boxed over here.

    Being honest though, I wont go into Dublin City Centre alone, whereas quite happy to trip my way along to Scotts when in Cork

    And as Patience knows - Usually back to the hotel barefoot!

    while the Celtic Tiger was here noone really gave a shit drank away in pubs to their hearts content people now have to be more selective no choice so theres a huge increase in people drinking at home now pubs are empty on weeknites hundreds closing down 4.70 a pint I paid the othernite ridiculous I never drink at home drink less too then again don't socialize much haven't the time with EI....

    drinking at home i always did it but i also like a goodnight out in the pub as well i do a bit of both but no night clubs i hate that shite they play
