I’m all good mentally self esteem wise, but my mental capacity has extremely faded in the last few months . I have bouts occasionally during the day where I find myself involuntarily drooling and I tend to zone out sometimes and my vision can blur on occasion . A few weeks back I woke up beside my girlfriend in her bed. I was so dehydrated confused for like 30 seconds I had no idea where I was or who she was.

Still only 25 so hope I’m not fully incapacitated by 30 lol

I’m considerably older than you but we all struggle with our demons. It’s not related to age as much as personal experience.

The gym helps if you can get back in there. Maybe not sparring but hit the weights 👍

Honestly i think everyone should stay single till their mid 30's. People dont know what they want. Get out live a little, visit some escorts. Live how you want. Settle down later in life.

I regret some of my choices. I would live differently if i had a second go. But here i am, happy, but also lost a little.
