On computer, when you "Reply to Thread" there is a line of icons along the top of the message box. Second from the right is a icon like a roll of film. Click it and enter the address of the video, for example, "https://youtu.be/36m2jLl0Me4" and click "OK"

Or, the "long way" and put video in "[ ]" brackets at the start of the clip and /video in "[]" brackets at the end
