We like to keep you on your toes Rover...In the last 3 weeks or so, nearly all the mods are under the invisible mode, including the boss, I realise that it is their prerogative to do so, but I am just being nosey and wondering was there any particular reason for this?

Anna, if you want to give out about people not answering you, give out to me and the staff, but please - you cannot expect every volunteer site helper on this site to be at your bec and call - surely you must see that's totally unreasonable.

Patricia, if twits are allowed to give out to the escorts about not answering their messages, follow them around the boards with offending comments and trying to cause them shortage of business, then I dont see why couldnt I point out when I'm not getting the explanations I'm looking for from people who are volunteers yet still responsible.

And do you think it would be fair if you were expected to be constantly available to anyone who had a problem with you, even though modding was just something you did on a voluntary basis, and you had a job and a life outside of this site?

You are a service provider and being paid to provide that service, goes with the job you choose to do, don't like it then change jobs.
That is totally wrong but again it goes with the job, regrettable but true.
Again, if I and other "Volunteers" were staff you would be entitled to a certain level of service. However we are not staff and pop in here when it suits us so if you have an issue and no site helper around to jump to the height you want as fast as you want then no, you do not have that right.

and another thing Anna, I can't speak for other mods but I know for a fact that anything you asked about I always replied to you as promptly as possible, you may not have liked the answer perhaps but you should not confuse that with not replying or not answering.
If you are including me in not replying to you then I reject that utterly, many people here will know I always try and respond and you know that also.

It really is not E-I or Com Mods problem if you insist on thinking we have it in for you. Everyone here is treated the same. If we happen to have had to mod something in relation to you more then others its only that you have gone out of your way to force us to.
No one can paint a picture of you if you don't supply the paint.
