Anelys (Delya) does be in Greystones occasionally...watch out for her.
She is very professional and reliable. Her apartment is fine there although I visit her when she's in Dublin.

Only been once, the apartment mentioned elsewhere here is lovely, the block in general has loads of parking available, the residents wouldn't give you a second glance in the common areas, found it a pretty relaxed and easy experience.
