Texted a new lady earlier this week to set up a meet for an hour but she was too busy.

Texted again a few days later & she was available and when I confirmed the booking she texted back -
"she would like to mention that the prices have changed and for personal reasons I still cannot put the exact prices in my profile.
Basically a price increase on her 30 & 60 min rates.

I declined & texted her "You can charge what you like but it's not nice to be told that the price is more than on your profile when making a booking"

Is this a new trend ?? Has anyone else come across this before ??

30 minutes is 150 and an hour 250 OK". Basically a price increase of €50 on her 30 & 60 min rates.

I guess its not fair and definetely not good for her business. But its definetely better situation from me like an escort than putting rates and then reading fair less rates in her reviews. Why some ladies behave like in market place. Its definetely better to refuse once with apology than agreeing with haggling. I hate this attitude. Both cases are wrong.

Definitely not something I've encountered before & doesn't seem right/fair to me. I'd say you were right not to go ahead with the booking.

The only ways an appointment should cost more than advertised on the profile are if she charges extra for some favourites (I'd always ask if this is the case in advance) or if you got such a good service, you choose to leave a tip

I haven't found this, and I think I would have reacted the same way. If you get a disappointment at the first hurdle what later disappointments await?

At least she said before was too late, I don’t think it’s a good marketing.

That's what concerned me - She was charging the average going rate and her increase was 25% on that.
I occasionally pay the same amount (& more) for someone that I have met before but considered the new rate too much to risk on a first time meeting

Once you are told before you meet, that’s one thing. I would have more of an issue with a different rather upon arrival.
