Try kegel exercises, squats, tantra, and hump rather than being humped. Yes its fantastic when the lady is on top, but it's very important to thrust them hips.
Yeah that's a possibility, pelvic floor issues or maybe too much wanking/shagging making you lose sensitivity. Or maybe not much sperms ( how many spurts?) Or a combination of all factors.
Try to see if you can stop flow of urine during peeing, if you can't it means your PC muscle is weak. Need to do kegels and reverse kegels to tone up.
