hurts more when i bring it backwards but there is also a slight pain when its raised over my head.
it started slowly on monday so i tried repositioning myself,adding more cushions,taking all cushions away,not using my vibrator as much
etc etc . alas none worked and slowly as the days went on it got worse,then today it got so bad that now i cant write or even position myself in such a way as to relieve the pain.
the pain is like a very dull annoying pain like a pulled muscle but it does have a certain tightness to it aswell,it feels like a pain that when you stretch a certain way it should go away but my god i have stretched every way i know how and with the help of others some ways i didnt know even existed and for feic sake its still bleedin here
