First post never appeared

I put quite a lengthy post in general chat basically trying to clear up some confusion in my own head about the best ways of staying safe and not incriminating myself if I make use of a service and it's raided or whatever. But it never appeared. I would try again but I don't wanna make long posts only for it to never appear. Any idea what might have gone wrong?
