West Ham have the joint smallest squad in the premiership at 22 players as well as Man City, there may well be a difference in the quality of the players in each squad as well. In addition West Ham have rhe second oldest squad average age as well. He normally uses no more than 12-14 squad as he think a bigger squad means he had more unhappy players to deal with. Four years there so it is HIS squad, HIS choice of players, systems of play etc, on a brighter note only four more games to endure after today, he has flogged that team to death this season
