I don’t see why we are not allowed to mention the name. The fact that so called providers can get away with this gives EI a poor name.
We use EI because we trust them. This damages the trust.

Have you reported it? You can file a chargeback with your bank given evidence of this. It’s very annoying as it makes us, the genuine ones, look like the rest
