Hi,
If anyone is interested in becoming a reviews moderator they can PM me or reply here.
I already have one person in mind, however I want more than one person.
Thanks

Could I just clarify that we are going to be making a lot of changes to reviews, our staff are going to be much more involved and this is an opportunity to join the new reviews team, it is not an all-powerful role! Lots of changes here! x
Nobody, except a pimp, the escort herself or an enemy of the escort is going to go through the hassle of becoming a member just to leave one review of one escort and then have no further contact under that username. You cannot totally eradicate fake reviews but you can cut them down considerably
1) you have to be a member for one week before you can post a review
2) any suspect review which is ratted will automatically delete after 2 weeks if the reviewer does not respond to being ratted
3) all once-off reviews will automatically delete after three months if there is no further activity by the reviewer
I believe that these simple rules will have a minimal impact on genuine reviews but massively reduce the number of fakes on the system.
I would like to see a link on the 'latest reviews' page where viewers can report anything which they think is suspicious
I would agree with most of the above and also add:-
1. A notification system when comments are added to a review (for both escort and customer)
2. A confirmation number when reviews are submitted to facilitate tracking and ensuring that reviews are not 'lost' in cyberspace or anywhere else
3. A status for reviews e.g. Submitted, Awaiting Mod, Added, Updated etc
Just initial thoughts
I wouldn't ever want to be a reviews mod in the sense that nbt was, going through all the reviews. I would be happy to help out in a minor way, but I think I lack the time and ability to do more than that. That is, I would be willing assuming that people here trust me, as there's not much point otherwise.
I think most of these, or some variant of them, would be good ideas. I would put the "report a review" button on the review itself, though, and not on the list.
I think these are good ideas. Karin also suggested having an option of pm or email notifications.
“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.
