I generally don't ask for pictures as they can be irrelevant, but in the past, I asked a guy for a picture after he claimed to have met me but couldn't provide any details to confirm our meeting, such as an address. I thought a picture would help me recognize him. However, he denied my request, which led me to believe that he had lied about meeting me. If he truly had met me, he would have had no problem sending a picture via WhatsApp, where he could have easily deleted it
