Exactly what I was thinking. I wouldn't open the door for someone who is not visible and looks suspicious. It's suspicious for a motorcyclist to get off their bike and walk to the apartment with their helmet on when they usually take it off as soon as they get off the bike. It's suspicious from the beginning that they're at the door with the helmet on. But perhaps the lady didn't think about that. What a scoundrel... once again, it confirms to me that I made the right decision by asking for a reference about the future client's character. There are so many dangerous people out there.

He may have just been carrying the helmet, left the camera recording and placed it down somewhere with a view - moral of the story throw a towel over any motorcycle helmets or anything you think might have the potential to record - if he has nothing to hide he'll not be bothered in the slightest.
