13 european teams.
5 south american teams.
14 other teams.

Gee, I wonder is that fair. There's no point in trying to argue it because it's a well-known abuse by FIFA.
If you look at the second round of the 2006 World Cup:
2006 FIFA World Cup - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
10 european teams (nearly every one in the competition, what a joke).
3 south american teams.
2 other teams.
Oh lolllll... would you look at that?!
This is despite the fact that they were seeded favourably for the group stage.
So next time think twice before you decide to rubbish what nicegirlsarenice says. If the FAI and others had listened to me before the World Cup we wouldn't be in this position in the first place. It's too late now, and what they're trying to do is extremely unethical, unfair and making a disgrace of our nation.
If Ireland got through on a replay I would feel it was a farce and that Ireland were a stain on the world game. I would not fill out a world cup scoresheet/wallchart of results as I did with excitement the other times we got through, I might have a wallchart and cross Ireland out and hope they didn't get any furthur.
But not to worry, just because our own political system and government associations (and to some extent media) are such a farce and so stupid doesn't mean europe's are. We won't get a replay, it'd be a complete mockery.
