Most of what I like falls under GFE so would rarely be classed as an extra, I’m not into ticking boxes during appointments anyway, I like them to flow naturally so having to arrange something in advance would mess with the vibe, in my head anyway.
I tip occasionally, I show my appreciation in lots of other ways as well even though it’s never expected.

I don't mind extra if it's clearly stated some services are extra in the advertisement. If the extras are something I'm interested in and I feel it's worth it, I'd consider it.

What I don't like is to turn up to find certain things are extra that weren't mentioned during the initial contact or profile. Nothing destroys the mood more than having to stop midway to get my wallet.

As long as everything is agreed and sorted before the meeting then happy days.

I don't mind the odd A extra from time to time, but once confirmed on the phone with the girl how much and can we do different positions, yes love this is fine, and when your there, you have handed over the extra and then she starts making excuses as to why it can't be done. So now I just don't entertain extras, If i fancy A just go to a TS you can't go wrong.

I can understand some thing being extra, but occasionally it gets rediculous, like twice I've met ladies that wanted extra for taking their tops off, other times touching externally or BJ has been extra. Generally things that I expect to be extra are items that I don't normally indulge in like rimming anal giving and owo.
Regards tipping, if I have good sex, and I'm not thrown out before my time is up, and I feel the girl is under charging, I will round the fee up to the next 100. Generally my experience with top priced escorts has been disappointing with a few exceptions, so generally no tip.
I used to tip better in the past when I had more disposable income.
Got my hair cut today. My regular barber who I always tipped, raised his price by 4 euro. His jaw dropped when I reduced his normal tip to 1 euro.
