Not sure what eating on the toilet and this has in common, but horses for courses.

But on a guy the finger would be firmly placed, then even for the most modest of guys the distance between the end of his, and finger would be at least 10 inches.

Look I agree, anything with the mouth and that area is a breading ground for E.coli, oral without would be a long list.
