If you go for owo, then CIM won't increase your risk at all. You can also drink as much cum as ya like and you won't be at any risk.
OWO is more risk than oral with a condom. But in either scenario you'd be VERY unlikely to pick up anything that can't be cured in a week or two with some antibiotics.
Just make sure to regularly get tested. I get tested at a minimum once a quater, it's easy to fit into your life and puts to bed any fears around sti's. It's also FAR safer for any of your potential partners if you're tested regularly as many sti's might not show symptoms. Any sexually active human should get tested often.
