Let me rephrase then.
Escorts on the forum with a heart next to their name have an active tour on the site.
That exact tour might be on break as escorts might choose to have some time off during the week. I know for a fact some of them are superwomans, but some do need to sleep; and this won't take the heart down.
It has been like this since forever.

that's always been my take anyway, if they've a heart against their name i assumed it meant that they had paid advertisement fees even if they weren't actually working or on tour

the heart is a kind of award medal an escort gets when she pays for advertising and once advertising had lapsed the medal is taken away and only got back when paid for again, its only on loan, you have to earn it in euro or sterling and more recently crypto
Hearts were a good way to distinguish the clients from the escorts as half the time i couldnt tell who was who but once i saw the heart i knew that was an escort and not a mere mortal
E-I, PLEASE have a heart and let the escorts keep their hearts forever and ever

It is actually a tool to know when an escort is advertising while browsing the forum.
It quite easy to know who is a punter or escort here! Escorts have "Escort Advertiser" bellow their name.
