Personally I’ve found the best skin I’ve ever had is with my current routine - use Cerave face washes, and try serum with Retinol at 0.5% or higher, or you could have a look at products with DHAs in them. Go to website for The Ordinary and maybe get a few things from there? Hazel Valentine Xx

Its really all about food in 90% cases … or about some problem inside your body…

Not everyone can eat everything. There is a lot of meals which dont suit to everyone. And your skin also shows your problem inside. It could be some inflammation in body about what you dont know…

All care from outside is useless if you dont solve problem inside. Or if you will continue to eat or drink things which dont suit you.

Young people and ladies in period can have acne… all other is sign something is wrong (even stress)

I had really bad acne — I was on Roaccutane for a while which really did work but after I finished the course of that drug the acne returned, but definitely not as severe!

For me reducing my intake of red meat, tomato, orange juice and chocolate really helped but when I stopped drinking tap water here in Ireland my acne cleared up!

The chemicals in the tap water in Ireland really messes with my skin so it's bottled water for me and now I hardly ever get a spot!

Make a Dr appointment and have an allergy test done, I've never had this problem but all advice for skin care is Water Water Water drink as much as you can to keep your skin hydrated especially at this time of year when you're in doors with artificial heat that dries you out!!
Avoid greasy food, acne is your body trying to expell unneeded fat!
    Could also be hormonal!?

so do tell what's this skin care routine!?
    We're all friends here!!
I would moisturize, the dry heat indoors at this time of year ain't good for your skin

Women have seriously upped their game in the last few years, so too look respectable at all we need to look after ourselves!!

its nothing exciting, just basic care, but miss a few days and my skin goes wild.
Possible combination of indoor heat and freezing outside, summer tends to be better when im burnt to a crisp lol
