Hes back outside the school . . .

Poor oul Enoch, God is obviously having a laugh with him coz for every day hes standing outside the school theres some some of unprecedentedly cold weather!!

No, Its obvious that theres something missing with the Burkes and the carry on of them. I just thought that the Guards pushed them around a bit on a number of occassions. Thats all. I dont agree with their views at all. Live and let live.

What's been lost in all the uproar (maybe its deliberate) is that the appeal judges absolutely trashed his arguments. Just because he has religious beliefs doesn't mean he can ignore the rights of others, especially when he has a duty of care to that person (as a representative of the school who are the responsible for the kids) The final paragraph of the judgement:

'One is driven to the conclusion that he quite enjoys conflict and confrontation and the passing notoriety his wilful and contumacious contempt of court has brought him'

When you see the behaviour of the family all the way through since last year, you can only agree with the judge.

I think that schools should just continue to promote inclusivity, acceptance of others. We screwed up so bad in our discrimination and criminilasition of homosexuality up until recently I think it's just going overboard to not make the same mistakes with transgenderism.

On one hand I ask myself what is he doing! But on the other hand I admire him, he's standing up for what he believes is right! Plus I think the law is being very hard on them, there is alot worse going on in the country than this!

I understand your brain is not fully developed until your early twenties.

The last part to develop fully is the part for the control of impulses and decision-making.

So how can a CHILD decide that they want to be considered to be of a different sex to how they were born.

Let them decide on changing their sex when they are fully grown adults.

Nobody is asking to have their sex changed, they're asking to be referred to by their chosen pronouns.
A tiny gesture that would cost Burke fucking nothing.
