This country really is full of some great comic wit, I could spend all morning on Twitter in tears over the Burke posts!!!

However, what do you think?

My tuppence:'I'm non binary - refer to me as they/them - conform to this or I will be perpetually offended" is attention seeking bull.

HOWEVER,

extremist views, religious bigotry and non inclusive views have no place in modern society. I think Justice Birmingham was correct in his ruling that Burke failed to extend goodwill and flexibility to the child and his/her parents wishes and that his view should not take precedence over the childs request to be accepted as he/she is,

So what do you think? Enoch Burke: a wrongly persecuted revolutionary or an extremist religious bigot?

(Or C: every Judges/prison Governers worst nightmare )

Yeah I saw that but I dont think it's the schools job to teach about transgenderism/homosexuality/bisexuality it's the parents.

I think that schools should just continue to promote inclusivity, acceptance of others. We screwed up so bad in our discrimination and criminilasition of homosexuality up until recently I think it's just going overboard to not make the same mistakes with transgenderism.

I dont agree with the concept that we should change our whole concept of the English language to conform with a trans persons wish to be referred to as they/they them, imagine how difficult that would be? 'Have u seen Johnny? Where is them? Did they hand up their homework"????

Its all about extremes here, religious fanatics versus woke wankers, nobody can deny the Burkes are just a collection of attention seeking whack jobs but the other side of the coin is equally annoying and we are tolerating way too much of their bullshit these days.

Lets call a spade a spade, there are two genders and then a whole heap of people with mental problems, tolerating that craic isn’t doing anyone any favours, certainly not society but its where we are now.

There were ways around it for the Burke lad if he wanted to see them, what the fuck do pronouns matter if he called the child by the name on the birth cert, oh no though, the zealot within wasn’t happy unless his religious views came first.

Who cares about the Khardashians, I want a reality programme about the Burkes, that would be class, imagine those crazy fuckers around the dinner table?

On one hand I ask myself what is he doing! But on the other hand I admire him, he's standing up for what he believes is right! Plus I think the law is being very hard on them, there is alot worse going on in the country than this!
