I think you just have to get over the 'faithful' bit. I reckon I am a bit of a sexaholic, and if I can limit my escort visits to every couple of months I can control my urges. TV/TS is just an extension of that, in that if both partners get pleasure it is better for both. I used to get really guilty but I'm afraid I have by now accepted that I am a flawed person and need the fix every now and then. Also I have to say that if you find the right escort it is absolutely stunning.
