I cannot see why the system should work like that. If the lady has had her pictures verified while opting into the review system, why should they become unverified if she, subsequently, opts out unless she changes her photos also?

i think the reason that the pics become unverified after an escort opts out of the review system is because an escort could allow someone else use her profile and pics and the clients would have no way of letting other clients know that that has happened because they cant leave a review. i know the client could leave a post here in the fourms but after a few days it would be gone from the first page and be forgoten about. but that just one of many possible reasons.
