The feel of internal shame can be toxic, if an "act" causes negative thoughts about oneself experts on therapy will suggest we practice mindfulness and endevour
to develop self compassion . We are all capable of being forgiving and compasionate to others so why not , charity begins at home .
If its not the "act" that causes shame but the fiscal transaction that taints , try a different approach as many do , select a FK + GFE lady ,agree the sum prior to the app ,
seal in an envelope to be handed over on meet , when lady returns to room treat it as a date. Hopefully you will enjoy the happy occasion and leave uplifted and

How people feel after a meet is personal. To my earlier contribution, I don't feel any shame, I really enjoy the time spent and chemistry developed with these woman, from all corners of the planet. As a lad in my 20s, a lot of people our age don't truly know what they want, and often rush into things just to keep family, friends and nosy relations satisfied. A lot of my close friends are in terrible relationships, like me. I don't know why we do it to ourselves. They fight, they bicker, they lose interest and its all over the most ridiculous stuff. I know my and my friends situation doesn't speak to everyone, some people have the most wonderful relationships. But I do question the sustainability and long term future of many relationships people my age are in.

For me, punting is my time where I can forget about the daily shite that goes on. I don't have to worry about car repayments, my job, my gf nagging me or giving out. I spend most of my waking hours keeping working, going to the gym, helping my gf with her final year of studies or looking after my parents. Its nice to have my own time, where I can slip off and visit a lady.

There's 168 hours in a week, if I spend 0.5-1.5 of those hours punting, my week gets better tenfold.

Freewilly, for you, your mental and physical wellbeing is paramount. If meeting ladies on here brings you feelings of shame, then perhaps you should try to find other ways to be happy.

Doesnt anyone else feel ashamed to be using escorts regularly? 25 year old here dont get much success with women but every time I visit an escort even tho the excitement and adrenaline ringing and on the way to location is insane afterwards I just feel ashamed of myself.

Averageeatbest93 , this has been my exact experience for the last five years or so straight and you have hit the nail on the head with the inferiority complex as a result of this except instead of 5000 swipes I'd say I've swiped every single person in the country at this stage and even at 1 stage bought tinder plus to see if I swiped every person even the very below average looking females would I get matches.. even then a match is 1 in 1000 maybe... and I'm not being weird tryna say I'm an 8 or a 9 but I definitely am not an unattractive dude and I'm in shape and train sports regularly and still even the seriously unattractive women will not match.. to add to that I dont drink alcohol at all maybe 1 time a year so I don't be in the club or pubs much so the two the combined experience with tinder plus not going out much to clubs or pubs has just resulted in absolutely no success in the last 5 years with women.. westernized culture has just made it near impossible if you're not in the top 5 percent of men.
