Unfortunately there's a lot of guys who just do not have the funds all or even some of the time to indulge the higher priced service providers.
It does not mean that the guys are "cheap", "stingy" or "mean" it's just they cannot afford the higher priced providers therefore they have to stick with the lower priced or "cheaper" side of the market. There is nothing wrong with a man asking what providers have a lower or cheaper price!
It is different is someone is trying to haggle a higher priced provider on their rates of course, but that is not the question that was asked as I understand it.
So those who can only afford "cheap" or lower prices should not be slagged. Would you slag off a person who can only afford to buy their clothes in Penny's as opposed to Brown Thomas?
