    I believe that idea is based on a report of a fake car park atten at Bristol Zoo , the Urban myth is that a guy now retired in luxury abroad (as clip) unofficially collected a parking fee at the Zoo for 20yrs, the Zoo thought he was a Council employee and vise versa (as clip). nice one , thanks Steph.
