but the thread is a concept l have given a truth about myself because I thought it would help others to be honest, if not honest at least consider
Some people are very self conscious about themselves and would never tell anyone in the real world, but here there's anonymity, sometimes talking can help people.
no one can truly perceive themselves, so how do you see yourself in that mirror,
If you look at yourself with a smile you tend to look younger and more attractive to yourself. example

Ever since I was a young girl I’ve always been told how pretty I was , then as I hit my teens

boys and men started fawning over me . I was young , didn’t understand the power of it ;

Oh to have my today’s knowledge and wisdom when I was 20 years old lol !

: At home I was told I was ugly , stupid , and many other bad things a child , an innocent young girl

should not be told or talked to and about in such ways - that was family ;

Mom died when I was young and got an evil stepmother ; it left its mark .

So I never understood what other people saw in me as far as beauty ; I always strived to have my

strengths elsewhere : be smart , clever , excel in school ; I was born / or became a kind person .

To this day , when I look in the mirror I don’t necessarily see my own attractiveness though

many attest to it , but rather see the qualities I developed and I am proud of .

That is what I see in My mirror .

The guy I see mostly is a Wannabe Hero, maybe too many Clint Eastwood movies as a kid, or too many Marvel movies now, but that's what I hope and try to see.
but he never smiles!!
It would be odd looking at yourself in the mirror with a big grin, odd! it would be fucking creepy LOL
I have caught myself smiling on occasion and it's a totally different me

I don't think I used to smile a lot before meeting the girls on E.I and didn't even notice,it was only because other people started to smile back at me at work, I thought I had something stuck to my teeth LOL,
after a while a couple asked "What's up with you" only then I realised I was projecting happiness and it was bouncing off them back at me.
So I don't think people can see that person in the mirror not really,

I must have seemed strange to girls at the start,nervous,straight faced,not smiling because I felt awkward meeting them for the first time,
and I'm sure I projected that onto them.

I think the only true mirror is other people.
We are all our own worst critics and never really get to see our true selves
at least not through the eyes in a mirror.

for whom seeing their girl they connected with had bettered their lives in So many ways ! !

I see the Change in some of my guys from the first time they came to me to months later

— and now with Christmas and such .. the change , the improvement , their increased happiness ,

their joy in life as opposed to just chugging along before .. it just makes me Happy to see ,

it makes my heart rejoice that I can be a catalyst and a small part for someone’s life taking a turn for the better ::

:: better for the Rest of their life - just for the fact that they had spent some time in my ( in a lady’s ) company xxx
