Thread: Forgive & forget?

    Default Forgive & forget?

    If a friend makes a mistake or hurts u can u forgive him/her easily? Even if u were able to forgive do u find it hard to forget the wrong he/she did to u? do u feel the need to take revenge for the wrong that was done to u? What is your opinion on this matter? please share your thoughts

    i can be forgiving when its appropriate, but i never forget.

    If you can't forget it you can't forgive it. The first step to forgiving it is to try to understand it. Revenge and forgiveness do not go well together. So you have two real choices.

    1. Take your revenge, don't forgive and walk away.
    2. Understand it, forgive and forget. Live happily ever after.

    a bad thing was done on me few years ago through a family member and i hadnt spoken to that person up until last year i have forgave that person but i will never never forget xx melinda

    im very easy going lad, i can forgive about almost anything. but if you harm anybody or hurt any family members or freinds i will put a curse on them

    nah im very easy going life is too short for fighting we live for the future not the past
