I really hope the ladies advertising here realise just how valuable a service they provide.

I have been feeling quite down over the last few days. Christmas was a bit rubbish this year and to be honest I found myself lying in bed each night lost in my thoughts, feeling very lonely.

I'm feeling a lot better the last day or two, back to work, back to normality.

But I will take some of your advice and I am already making plans in my head at least for a better 2023, starting with improving my personal life, going to start exercising more, lose some weight and make more of an effort to connect with people whether that's a girlfriend or just a friend, doesn't matter it should make my life a little happier.
