Is there many here who has one particular lady as a mistress, visit her 8-12 times a year, building a connection over time or is it more a different lady every time?

Yes I have a regular who I visit in all parts of Ireland. Often she let's me stay in hers for the night if I have to travel far.
We keep in contact via WhatsApp too now and then

I'm based in Dublin so easy to come across girls who don't tour and are based in one area long term. Very handy. I like to know a few girls...you never know when one will kick ye out of bed .

Sperates the boys from the men, I was put off by this myself on occasion but seeing a particular mistress I was drawn to that I needed to see I jumped through the hoops
In this case i can deposit via a bogus PayPal that I top up with a different PayPal account..
Was worth the effort in the end.

I’ll be first to say, I might have jumped the gun re the deposit scenario earlier , as it’s not the lady in question , she’s absolutely genuine. It’s more the arrangement process, but it’s her rule and I should respect that , and understand why some ladies require it. Even though I’m on the level myself and legit and a safe guy, I have to consider it , if it’s required. Cheers man.
