When i was younger i was very thin.Very Strong but thin.I wanted to gain weight but found it very hard as my metabolism was too fast.To gain weight and this was just to get myself up to 12 stone i ate the following daily,

12 raw eggs,
8 pints of milk,
a large chicken,
a large yoghart,
about six oranges,
a few bananas,
oatmeal,
rice,
a huge protein shake made of milk,powder,eggs ,honey and cream and i had two of these in between meals.

I had other bits and peices on top of this and this didnt include the family dinner.Interesting thing is my health or speed didnt suffer one single bit.I now dont need to eat that anymore but it sucks being hungry all the time.
