Another disaster

I don't know if this is the norm but another evening of failed and messed around meetings. First call made but she rang back and agreed a time. Then no text of address. I give it a few minutes and text for details. I eventually give up and make Whatsapp another as she allows. Nothing back, she might be busy. Times running out so called a well reviewed Asian lady who was available. Great. Arrived at her destination and couldn't get an answer on the phone. Eventually got an answer . Resorted to massage walk in place just to fulfill my needs. Not the first time I've had an evening of difficult meets. Sometimes I suppose it just goes this way. Rant over!

Then she told me she had to go out and wasn't available when I phoned on arrival, disappointed but that's life sometimes, know I tend to make contact a few days beforehand before confirming on the day, which for some girls they think your a time waster but for others it's fine, that's when I know if I want to meet a girl, her general attitude
I've made 4hour round trips in the past too meet a regular because I know there won't be any problems, but if a girl isn't willing to answer a few simple questions in advance then I just keep checking profiles until I find someone I like and is responsive, I text a girl a week ago but won't be seeing her until Wednesday and if all goes well I'll be seeing her another x5 times before end of year so sometimes it works out better for all to plan well in advance.

Occasionally myself Ive cancelled last minute which is not the nicest thing to do I guess,

the one time it went wrong for me- I had wasted a few hours travelling out to city west and waiting around,

I always blame myself if something goes wrong- had to improve my phone manner was lesson I took from it.

Happened me last Tues , I arranged to meet the day before an hour before appointment I texted to confirm booking a half hour later I received a text to say she had an exam . First time in years it's happened

Absolutely, I couldn’t go through what the OP described, that left on the step feeling must be gutting, i have a reg that I love seeing, if I had to cancel last minute, within a 2-3 hours of the meet, then I would def give her the fee regardless of how good my reason was.
There’s no way I’d risk damaging the trust built up over years just to save a few euros.
It’s a two way street, when I make a booking with her I’m sure it’s going to happen, yeah, things can go wrong but I know I’ll not get a last minute cancellation because she knows my situation, I’m not an off the cuff kind of guy, my meets are planned meticulously and sometimes weeks in advance.
I’ve travelled the length of the country to see her, 5-6 hours, because she worth it, a sure thing, worth every hour of the journey and an absolute professional in everything she does.
This level of mutual trust doesn’t happen overnight, it’s something to be valued, it’s worth more than money.
This is why I love regs.
