And sometimes you think you're getting The Pogues, and it turns out to be a Ronan Keating bait and switch.

This also applies to Chris Rea and that gobshite Dermot Kennedy.

Saw Keting in Dublin airport years ago with his ex wife and their kids were little, the wife was struggling with all the luggage, he was purple in the face roaring down the phone at someone, the kids were crying, hes got to be the most insufferable knob to ever come out of this country!

I like Dermot Kennedys stuff, love his current song, though it sounds very like Picture This.

But why can't they just leave good Christmas songs alone. Is it a Dublin thing? Are they just all gobshites really, Jenny? You can admit it to me. I won't tell anyone.

As long as it’s loud and the rhythm is good I’m happy, I like my music the same way 😉

Who, the Dubs?! (Just kidding! Dublin is my adopted home!)

Has Keating done a Christmas song, ugh, looking for that gaurenteed Christmas income every year? His nasly voice grates on me!!

All the best Christmas songs are from the 80s or early 90s, I dont think anything notable had been released since then?? What's your favourite Christmas song? I've loved loved loved "Last Christmas" since I was little

    Jeff Buckley singing Hallelujah.
It's not really a song to go carolling but breath taking
