Life is a big game everyone feels a little insecure if you can project confidence it goes a long way. I don't think many people are fully confident but if you act confident stand tall and believe you belong in places then you will be far more attractive to people. I think its possible to go from a 3/10 to a 8/10 just on just on how you carry yourself and speak.
Maybe you just feel a bit better about yourself. Value yourself don't put anyone on a pedestal.
I was out at a few christmas parties and had some attention from girls , what is different now is i don't feel that my night is defined by my success in pullng a girl and i certainly don't put up with games anymore. I had one girl flirting with me she was practically on top of me and i go to kiss her and she pulled away saying maybe later.
My attitude was fuck that i can just pay 100 euro and be with someone alot better looking and not spend the night chasing.

So yeah it does change your attitude to life. The other huge realisation ive had is just how insecure really attractive women are . Im also suprised how introverted alot of escorts are and quite shy once you get past the act and get to know them. Then the other thing your realise is sex with the most beautiful woman is sometimes really crap if theres no connection better to be with someone you at least click a bit with. Some people just don't click so next time you see that dream girl walking by you think nah maybe she is one that wouldnt of worked anyway.

doesn't do much for my confidence, I've as much as the next guy on that front, i will say that seeing a beautiful young fit hotty on an occasional basis def makes me watch my weight, i try to stay in good shape for lots of reasons but striping off in front of a goddess is daunting enough without any body confidence issues, yeah i know they don't really care and its a transaction but i feel better if I'm not packing any extra pounds.
