I was on the sky forums and it has happened to other people with no success stories about getting money back. Customer care is a thing of the past Harry.

On Watchdog which is a consumer programme up here they got people to phone Sky saying that they were thinking of leaving. All got a better deal.

I have to call them tomorrow so ill have another chat with them. I have cancelled my standing order with them and will pay now with an 02 money visa card. Might try and get the new HD+ box there selling out of them.
