If perez and le clerc didnt get any points tomorrow then who would finish 2nd? Are they level on points? Or if george russell won again then could he catch them both yet?

Charles Leclerc would finish second on "countback". If two competitors have the same points, then the number of wins decides. If, in the unlikely situation the number of wins was the same, then second places and so on would decide.

If, in the unlikely scenario tomorrow, both Charles Leclerc and Sergio Perez scored no points and George Russell came first, all three would be level on 290 points but the order would be Second - Charles Leclerc, Third - Sergio Perez and Fourth - George Russell on countback.

George Russell could come second if he won and scored the bonus point for fastest lap and neither Charles Leclerc nor Sergio Perez scored any more points.

Bit chaotic at the start with Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez having a bit of a tussle. Max Verstappen not helping his teammate obtain second place in the points. Clearly, he wants to round off a good season with a win.
