T100 did not post in code or in a foreign language he posted in Irish and he was never warned not to post in Irish.

The original warning was for latin and made reference to code or foreign languages after that T100 did not post in Latin, code or foreign language. He was warned again but in that warning Luther used Irish as well so it could hardly be viewed as a warning not to use Irish just a restatement of the original warning regarding latin, codes and foreign languages.
Now having been addressed in Irish by Luther T100 answered in Irish and was banned.
