I asked where the rule was in the forum rules I presume like me you couldn't find it ???

And again the post says we do not allow messages which are not in English, However Luthers post is very specific in that he only threatens editing, deleting and banning for those people who use codes or Foreign language.
So again there is no warning or threat of banning for using the national language and Luther actually uses it himself. At no point is T100 threatened with or warned he will be banned for using Irish the warning is for codes which Irish clearly is not and for Foreign languages which again Irish is clearly NOT.

If using Irish could incur a ban it should either

A. be set out in the forum rules which it is not

B. the user should have been warned which he clearly was not

T100 should be immediately unbanned and the mods should update the forum rules regarding languages before throwing their weight around.

Thats not a rule it does not appear in the forum rules I realise you guys make them up as you go along but you can not claim it as a rule.

Secondly as I have pointed out the Banning,editing and deleting threat only refers to codes and foreign languages neither of which refer to Irish in this country. At no time is a threat of banning editing or deleting made in regards of the Irish language. In fact the mod in question actually using Irish in replying to T100 so clearly giving the Ok for the use of Irish.

So presuming the forum rules are Luthers terms of reference and no rule exists there regarding languages and that Luther never gave a warning regarding Irish and used it himself it is clear he acted way outside his terms of reference.
