I think by giving it to Obama they are making a joke of it.Obama is the president of the US and is paid for doing his job.I dont think the Noble Peace Prize is for that.I think it should be kept for ppl who do good off their own backs.Ppl like Mother Theresa,Ghandhi etc.

Obama isnt as popular as expected to be at all.

    Default The reason Y

He got it for his " yes we can" not for wht he has done. Unlike many winners before him who actually done somthing obama got it based on wht he has said he will do, which we all know he will never actually do.... but as long as your claiming to do things people will back him.

THey could have done a lot worse. They usually do, in fact.

“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

i wasnt sure how many Presidents won it but giving them this is bullshit as they its their job and they tend to do whats politically correct for them not neccesarily correct as such.

The closing date for the prize nominations was only 11 days after he became president. This is premature for a noble peace prize if there ever was one.
Should a noble peace prize winner be at war with afganistan?

    A few leftist views.....
