the nose is now running a marathon,i swear its faster than yer man bolt at this stage.
nothing for it but dvds,chocolate and my vibrator ah ah i mean hot water bottle

its going to take a week or so.Two days is nothing for a throat and they always get worse before they get better.

Drink plenty water,dont do much and read my 4000+ posts on here and youll be fine.

You missed alot of my motivational ones,

PS a spoon of brandy before bed does wonders for this type of stuff.Just dont drink the lot of it.
