Go to your doctor and ask about options and if it’s safe considering history, Viagra always gave me a flushed face and headache after but got tadalafil and it’s a game changer, works at the right time and lasts for 2-3 days though first day is best, it also makes me last longer and gotten plenty of positive comments. One weird side effect of viagra was the old lump of blood would appear if I blew my nose in the days after and that’s why I worried about something similar that unfortunately happened to you.
You might have to just try one. You may feel a hot flush a few minutes after taking, which passes after 20 minutes or so, best to take it about an hour before your appointment. Generally you'll only get hard when aroused so no stiffy in your cax throughout. Takes a bit longer to shoot your load too so you might enjoy a longer session, plus you can remain hard after shooting so keep pumping and get your monie worth, lol.

Armed with my newfound knowledge of ED medication, thanks to everyone on here. I went to the Doctor.
A little more background on my situation so everything can be taken into context. I’m mid 40’s. I’ve always lived well, worked hard and kept in reasonable shape. I had Covid in Febuary recovered fine and two weeks later developed a clot that ended up in my brain causing a stroke. 3 weeks in hospital and 3 months of hard physio, I was back working part time. My Heart and all my other organs are healthy.
Met with my Dr today and she agreed that a pill should help me out. It turns out that one of the main side effects of my new daily meds can be erectile issues. She prescribed a low dose of tadalafil. 16 doses only until we see if it suits me and my body. Cost was about €14.
Not popped a pill yet, but knowing I have the option is reassuring. My doctor confirmed what a lot of people here said in relation to tadalafil having lesser side effects and lasting much longer than Viagra.
I’ll post again once I’ve actually used it. Maybe my experience can help someone in a similar situation.
