Has nothing to do with people going to South Africa as u will fill stadiums for the
penultimate rounds anyway and ure generally depending on locals to fill stadiums for
group games .It is all about money though TV money,that is where the real money is
imagine the lost TV money if a big country like France didnt qualify FIFA would be out
millions, ticket sales are but a drop in the ocean its all about the TV rights
