See folks, there's a real answer to the system query, thanks Booker! Now, in not being as stupid as I pretend to be but taking every chance to point out how ridiculous your dialing procedure is. Yes, in the cracks I took last night when I got it right I'd dial 353-1-069-0***. Sound close? So it spins and spins, never rings, and I get a flash atop dialer that reads "Call forward feature disabled" Then nothing, never rings, call drops. Ghead explain that, and think I am now but foolish and unnecessary your phone system is! 1, area code, number. 350 million of us have that easy system down. As for the rest of the country I've not step foot back since Trump won, but that's a different fascist ignoramus tale.

Mobile phone system is international. Same everywhere.
To ring outside your country dial 00 to exit your country and then the international code for the country you are ringing, Ireland = 353, Uk = 44, USA = 1 then the number.
