When you click the "Show" button do you get a pop up with the numbers in it?
If so, grab a piece of paper and a pencil and write down the number.
If it is something like (+353) 879871234 then go to your phone and dial in 0879871234
It seems you must have configured your phone somehow to dial out using some other app/system that doesn't mesh well with the EI system.

...but at least Rockerman called her, and instead of saying her some dude is trying to reach you hung up! That was brilliant, anyway no call with my direct line I sent Rocker saying call me...just silence.
