so owen to score the winner at anfiled, and to be a manchester legend, now owen is from cheshire which is in the middle ov manchester and liverpool, so he nots really a scouser!!

    top 4,
    man utd
    chelsea
    liverpool
    man city
As someone who lived in Liverpool (all be it a very long time a go but I still go the game) I can safely say that Everton will always be our biggest game of the season. The mancs were always just a nuisance the derby actually means something. Back from Leeds last night still as moody as ever over there Yorkshire cunts they tried to run the the coaches in the car park bad move that.

As for Owen he resembles everything wrong about current footballers bad bad mef! He is only in Salford for the gee gee's. Oh and Liverpool will finish ahead of the Mancs I do think Chelsea however will win the league. Good to be back!!

As a life long red I was shocked when we signed Owen, but now think it was great business and not just because of sundays goal. Once we missed out on Benzima there was no one else worth going for. He gives us something different from rooney and berbatov. The closest past united player I could match him to would be solskjar and I see ferguson using him the same way.
    Just my 2 cents.

Until he gets injured that is.Despite what HWDW said I think that Owen is injury prone and its only a matter of time before he picks up one that could keep him out for a lengthy spell. Granted they dont rely on him in the same way as Newcastle did but even so he would still be a big loss.

the medical staff at utd have a good record on picking up on how some players consistantly pick up injuries and giving certain exercises to deal with it. giggs used to have a very dodgy hamstring and they figured out it was how he positioned his car seat and he's been grand ever since... crazy I know. but it'll be interesting to see if owen can stay injury free.

And if Owen fails, Theres always the boy Macheda.

    Miles better than N'Gog.

    Should be an interesting season.

I wonder if Stevie G can stay on the straight and narrow for the whole season
