It would not be accepted, and rightly so.
You can only submit a review for "no service received" if an escort made and confirmed an appointment and then didn't keep it. Even then, the moderators look for pretty clear evidence that she let you down before accepting the review.
Many girls are too busy to take all calls and messages, and even if she saw your messages she is completely within her rights to ignore them, for any reason.

Actually this is incorrect, apparently you can leave a review even if you state that you did not get an appointment in your review.
Incredible as it may seem, a lady can refuse to accept the appointment and you can leave a bad review!

I have to say that this is not correct.
If the escort did not confirm the appointment or canceled it, it will not be possible to leave a review. If, on the other hand, there is evidence that the escort confirmed the appointment and without notice or cancellation, then the appointment does not take place, you can leave a review mentioning what happened.
We understand that there are things that can happen, so if the escort notifies you, we consider it unfair that the review is online.

Not quite true I believe.
Take this review for example, guy says at the end of it that he was glad he didn't get a booking.
