I think it all depends on the fat and how the implant is placed. I'm slim but not skinny, I have implants under my gland and not under my muscle. i think many of guys think i have not implantant at all. I just want to say they can feel good as well like natural. But when girl loose her weight, their are more visible of course as boobs are from fat.

But I have met ladies with implants that unless you were told you'd never know. They feel perfectly natural, like you Michelle. Natural and amazing!

GF wants a boobie job but her boobies are fine and firm, She watches too much katie price. I don't like them for many reasons
Main one is the unknown, they use a material that fine now but may not be in few years and could have an effect on her health

I think he is only wondering during operation which size would be better for her. Probably he can decide between two sizes. But shape, type or where will be implantant places with which scares etc, this should be already decided before operation with her.

But how M. said who knows, every experience can be different. I bealive not every doctor knows what he is doing unfortunatelly… there are huge money in this business.

I am a fan of natural beasts, C-D, but small and perky are beautiful as well. To me personally is more important than cup size.

I have met Michelle and Red Natalie and agree from personal experience that some breast implants can feel very natural and look great!

I am not a fan of woman's breasts that look as if they are about to explode out of their chest, the skin of the breast is pulled tight an look painful. At the end of the day, ladies place themselves in the hands of their surgeons and it is up to her doctor to advise them, keep them them right and do the best Job they can.

With that said beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The question is why did the lady get an implant? If it was for herself and she is happy, who is anyone to say what looks good and what doesn't, but if a woman felt she had to have her breasts popping out of her chest to keep society happy and have a certain look, that is another thing altogether.

I think they get them done to please men and not to be outdone by other girls
